Lino Ramble Ludo Fiano 2017 - McLaren Vale, SA

The Story

Lino Ramble: a name put together to represent texture (Lino), and adventure (Ramble). Andy Coppard and Angela Townsend started their label Lino Ramble in the McLaren Vale focusing on creating wines from organic or biodynamic grapes, extended skin contact and minimal additions. They like to experiment with different grapes and particularly like Italian varieties like Nero d'Avola, Fiano and Nebbiolo.

M+Q Notes

One third of the wine sees skin contact, one third barrel fermented, one third stainless steel. Complex and rich flavour profile of salted grapefruit, almond, baked peach and honey. Vibrant acidity, textured mouthfeel and tart citrus on the finish.
