The Story

Patrick Sullivan, one of the most exciting young winemakers in Victoria, and one of the names now synonymous with the new wave of wine in Australia. Patrick  was born and raised in Victoria, where he grew up on the family farm.  Patrick makes his wine from organic and biodynamically grown vineyards, and his wines are made with minimal intervention and in small-batches. 

M+Q Notes

Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are picked on the same day and fermented together for four weeks. The Cabernet Sauvignon is picked two weeks earlier and pressed directly to ceramic egg where it remains until the wine is assembled. Aromatically the wine is bright and savoury. The palate is powerful with bright grapefruit and melon. The wine then savours off to a supple finish.
