Scallops in half shell roasted with lemon caper butter
Scallops are a unique little shellfish with a very signature flavour. The deliciousness and tenderness of a scallop is based on the way it's cooked and what it's paired with.
16 scallops in their shell, cleaned
40 g. softened butter
Zest of 1 small lemon
2 tbsp. capers, drained and rinsed
1 lemon cut into wedges
Mix together the butter, lemon zest and capers. Put a dollop on each scallop and roast in pre heated oven 180 degrees for 2 -3 minutes.
