The Story

On the East Coast of Tasmania in Swansea, Kelvedon Estate began as a sheep and cattle property growing merino wool and selling to Italy as their primary business. They later diversified their land and planted vines in 1998. Current day they sell half of their vineyard’s production to House of Arras and use the other half for their own label. The Kelvedon label currently produces Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay all from Estate fruit.

M+Q Notes

This Pinot has depth of flavours and complexity. Aromas of black cherry, plum and black pepper. An abundance of dark fruits of the palate mixed with savoury spice and a touch of vanilla and cedar. Firm tannins and ripe acidity give this wine beautiful structure.
