THE WINE'S STORY
Lively sparkling from the super cool pristine climate of the King Valley in
North Eastern Victoria. The grape variety of Prosecco is Glera and it originates from the Veneto region of Northern Italy. Frizzante meaning ‘Semi-Sparkling’ is dry but not sweet.
The Pizzini family, have pioneered Italian varietals in the King Valley for a few
decades now, and their origins are from Northern Italy. The Italian variety’s that suit the cool and cold North Eastern Victorian Alpine foothills, are the Italian indigenous grapes like Glera, Nebbiolo, Brachetto and Sangiovese. Their vineyards were formed on the property in the 1970’s as they moved away from the traditional tobacco growing industry in that region.
Aromatic sparkling with crisp primary aromas of yellow apple, pear and white
peach. This is best drunk when it is young and fresh.
Freshly shucked oysters
This one is really simple! Invest in an oyster shucker and never look
back. It is a complete crime to purchase oysters opened that you
are not going to eat straight away.
