The Story

Las Cepas has been farming organically since 1996 and currently grow Tempranillo, Grenache, Graciano, Viura and Verdejo. Their vines range from 5-100 years old and produce a very high quality of fruit. Their winemaking is minimal intervention using natural yeasts, low SO2 additions and gentle techniques like vertical air presses to press the grapes.

M+Q Notes

An intense and flavourful red that is made up of a blend of 60% Graciano, 20% Grenache and 20% Tempranillo that aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. There’s dark fruit on the palate like dark cherry, blackberry and plum with elegant tannins and well-balanced acidity. It has a hearty structure and the ability to age.
