The Story

Catherine and Pierre Breton are pioneers of organic and biodynamic culture in the region of Loire Valley. It is with this experience of almost 30 years that they make today wines racy, elegant, bursting with fruit and finesse, closer to their soils. They hand harvest, use indigenous yeasts, do not filter and only add a little or no sulphites.

One of the few winemakers in Loire Valley who see the full potential of the Grolleau grape. Carbonic macerated in open top wooden vats. Ripe raspberry and strawberry aromas with a hint of earthiness. Flavours of red cherry, cranberry and slight funkiness. High acidity and whisper thin tannins.
